What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Re-boot training typically takes place at the Franchisor's headquarters or another designated location. Generally, there is no cost for this training if the franchisee is in full compliance with the franchise agreement and there is space available in the desired class.

However, Boulder Designs may charge a $2,500 fee for the Re-Boot training program under specific circumstances. These circumstances include situations where the franchisee requests additional on-site training, has received customer complaints, or if the quality of their work does not meet Boulder Designs' standards.

If this $2,500 fee is charged, it must be paid before attending the training and is non-refundable. The franchisee is also responsible for all other costs associated with attending the training for themselves and their employees. Failure to attend the required Re-Boot training is considered a material default of the Franchise Agreement, which could lead to termination of the agreement.
