If we elect to use your Franchised Business for training others, in lieu of payment, we will provide to you, the option for you to enroll your employees or Internal Managers into the training class being taught by the Franchisor free of all charges. This will be considered payment in full, for use of the facilities.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, while training is typically provided by specific individuals, a substitute trainer may be used if circumstances require it. The primary trainers listed are Frank J. Butch" Mogavero, Seth Mogavero, Les Sander, Greg Jurls, and Teresa Paton.

These trainers have varying levels of experience in the franchise industry and with Boulder Designs. The FDD also states that training may be provided by other members of Boulder Designs' or an affiliate's current staff who have at least one year of experience in the industry or their respective field of training.

This flexibility allows Boulder Designs to ensure training continues even if the primary trainers are unavailable. It also gives Boulder Designs the option to add trainers periodically. For a prospective franchisee, this means that while you can expect experienced trainers, the exact person may vary depending on scheduling and the needs of Boulder Designs.
