Re-boot training will take place at our headquarters, or at another location or locations as we designate. The re-boot training program is conducted over the course of approximately three business days. There is no
cost for re-boot training provided you are in full compliance with the franchise agreement, and there is space in the class you wish to attend. If you request additional on-site training, you have received customer complaints, or the quality of your work is not up to Boulder's standards, we may charge you a $2,500 fee for the Re-Boot training program as provided by us. If this fee is charged, payment of the Re-Boot Training fee is due prior to attending training and is non-refundable. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before attending the training.
Franchisees are responsible for all other costs associated with attending the re-boot training, including travel and accommodation expenses for themselves and their employees. Boulder Designs may also require experienced Internal Managers, other managers, or employees to attend refresher training programs at their headquarters or other designated locations, with the franchisee bearing all associated expenses.
