What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Photoshop Training Proof presentation takes place at their headquarters in Waco, TX, or at another site that they may designate. This training is part of the initial training program that franchisees must attend.
The initial training program is in person and lasts approximately five business days. It is mandatory for the franchisee and all internal managers to attend and complete the training to Boulder Designs' satisfaction. The training covers all material aspects of operating a Boulder Designs business, including culture, job site field tours, technical and procedural training, and sales training.
The FDD specifies that Boulder Designs may also require previously trained and experienced internal managers, other managers, and/or employees to attend refresher-training programs at their headquarters or other designated locations. Attendance at these programs will be at the franchisee's expense, and Boulder Designs will not require attendance at more than two of these programs in any calendar year, with the programs not exceeding five days during any calendar year, not including any annual convention held by them.
