What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor or their representative may offer general guidance to franchisees through methods they deem appropriate. These methods can include telephone, email, webinars, and newsletters. This allows Boulder Designs flexibility in how they communicate with franchisees, using methods that are most efficient and suitable for the situation.

This approach means a Boulder Designs franchisee might receive support and advice through various channels, adapting to the evolving needs of the business and the franchisee's learning preferences. The franchisee should be prepared to engage with the franchisor through these different communication methods and ensure they have the necessary technology and availability to participate in webinars or promptly respond to emails.

Furthermore, Boulder Designs will communicate system improvements to the franchisee as they are developed or acquired and implemented as part of the system. The franchisor may also periodically provide advertising and promotional materials through the internet site www.boulderdesigns.net or other mediums, including ad-slicks, brochures, fliers, menus, and other materials in various forms and formats for use in the operation of the franchised business. This ensures that franchisees stay informed about the latest developments and have access to marketing resources to support their business operations.
