What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Photoshop Training Proof, Sales, Lead Generation, and Tradeshows training takes place at Boulder Designs' headquarters in Waco, TX, or at another site that they may designate. This is part of the initial training program that franchisees and their internal managers must attend.
The initial training is conducted in person and lasts approximately five business days. It covers all material aspects of operating a Boulder Designs business, including culture, job site field tours, technical and procedural training, and sales training. Franchisees must complete this training to Boulder Designs' satisfaction before starting their franchised business.
Boulder Designs also offers re-boot training, which takes place at their headquarters or another designated location. This re-boot training program lasts approximately three business days. Franchisees may be charged a $2,500 fee for the Re-Boot training program if they request additional on-site training, have received customer complaints, or the quality of their work is not up to Boulder's standards. Franchisees are responsible for all costs associated with attending this training.
