Franchisee, and any cooperative advertising program, may not establish a presence on, or market using, the Internet in connection with the Franchised Business without Franchisor's prior written consent. Franchisor has established and maintains an Internet website at the uniform resource locator, www.boulderdesigns.net, which provides information about the System and the services Franchisor, its Affiliates and its franchisees provide. Franchisor will include at the BOULDER DESIGNS website an interior page containing information about the Franchised Business.

According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Boulder Designs maintains a website at www.boulderdesigns.net that provides information about the Boulder Designs system and the services offered by Boulder Designs, its affiliates, and its franchisees. Boulder Designs will include an interior page on its website containing information about each Franchised Business.
As a prospective franchisee, it is important to note that Boulder Designs retains exclusive rights to advertise or use its marks on the Internet, including websites, domain names, search engines, banner ads, video, and e-commerce. Franchisees may be asked to provide content for Boulder Designs' Internet marketing and must adhere to Boulder Designs' intranet and Internet usage rules.
Furthermore, franchisees cannot use the Boulder Designs mark or variations of it in their domain names or URLs without prior written approval from Boulder Designs. Boulder Designs also has the right to inspect the franchisee's business and location to ensure compliance with quality control and performance standards, which may include audits and reviews. Franchisees are also required to list their telephone number and address (if applicable) in online directories as specified by Boulder Designs.
