What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Boulder Designs modifies the System, franchisees may be required to add or replace equipment, supplies, signs, and fixtures. Franchisees must also modify their operation or product lines accordingly. These changes must be made promptly as Boulder Designs deems necessary.

Boulder Designs retains the right to modify its specifications, standards, or requirements as it deems necessary. Franchisees are obligated to promptly adapt their operations and product lines to align with these modifications. This includes the potential need to add or replace equipment, supplies, signs, and fixtures to comply with the updated System standards.

This flexibility allows Boulder Designs to adapt to changing market conditions, technological advancements, or evolving customer preferences. However, it also places a responsibility on franchisees to remain adaptable and invest in necessary updates to maintain brand consistency and quality standards. Prospective franchisees should consider the potential costs associated with these required modifications when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
