What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee understates the amounts due, a late fee will apply. The late fee is $100 per incident. This late fee applies to all overdue Royalty Fees and other amounts due to Boulder Designs.

Additionally, the late fee also applies to any understatement in amounts due revealed by an audit. These late fees will continue to accrue each month if balances due from previous months carry over into the current month.

Beyond the late fee, Boulder Designs also charges audit expenses if an audit reveals an understatement of 2% or more. These audit expenses include all costs and expenses associated with the audit, payable upon demand.
