What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must purchase equipment, signs, furniture, and fixtures from 'Approved Suppliers.' These suppliers are companies and vendors that Boulder Designs approves and that comply with their specifications and quality standards.

The FDD states that Boulder Designs will provide franchisees with a list of these Approved Suppliers in the Manual or other written or electronic form. This list will include companies and vendors who provide services, product items, supplies, signs, equipment, and other items and services.

This requirement ensures that all Boulder Designs locations maintain a consistent brand image and quality. It is common practice in franchising to mandate approved suppliers to maintain quality control and uniformity across all franchise locations. Prospective franchisees should review the list of Approved Suppliers carefully to understand the available options and associated costs.
