How must a Boulder Designs franchisee present themselves to the public during the term of the franchise agreement?

Franchisee shall prominently display, at Franchisee's expense, both on the interior and exterior of the Franchisee's BOULDER DESIGNS business premises, signs in such form, color, number, location and size, and containing such Marks Franchisor may designate. Franchisee shall obtain all permits and licenses required for such signs and will also be responsible for ensuring that all signs comply with all laws and ordinances. Franchisee shall not display in or upon Franchisee's BOULDER DESIGNS business premises any sign or advertising of any kind to which Franchisor may object. Franchisee reserves the right to require Franchisee to update Franchisee's signage at any time at Franchisee's sole expense.

Franchisee shall conform to all quality and customer service standards prescribed by the Franchisor in writing. The above terms and conditions apply if the Franchisee chooses to have a brick and mortar storefront and not if operation of your business is out of your home office.

Section 13.3 Ownership and Management

The Franchised Business shall, at all times, be under the direct supervision of Franchisee or an Internal Manager who has successfully completed Franchisor's training program. The Internal Manager shall devote sufficient efforts to the management of the day-to-day operations of the Franchised Business. Franchisee shall keep Franchisor informed, in writing, at all times of the identity of its current Internal Manager. Franchisee must not engage in any business or other activities that will conflict with its obligations under this Agreement.

Section 13.4 Days of Operation

For those Franchisee's that choose to open a brick and mortar location with a public showroom (commonly known as a store front), Franchisee shall keep the Franchised Business open for business at a minimum, during normal business hours and on the days specified in the Manual or as we may specify.
