What This Means (2025 FDD)
The 2025 Boulder Designs Franchise Disclosure Document does not state the cost for a replacement copy of the Boulder Designs manuals. However, the FDD does state in Section 13.13 that franchisees must not allow any former franchisee to copy or obtain any of the manuals. The manuals are considered confidential business information.
While the FDD does not specify the cost, it does state in Item 22 that the initial franchise package includes one set of operations, technology, and sales manuals, along with marketing materials, contracts, and forms. These are provided by Boulder Designs as part of the initial franchise agreement.
Prospective franchisees should inquire directly with Boulder Designs about the cost of replacement manuals and the process for obtaining them if the originals are lost or damaged. This information is crucial for understanding potential operational costs and ensuring compliance with franchise requirements.
