According to the Boulder Designs Guaranty, how will notices be deemed delivered to me?

According to Boulder Designs' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, specifically the Guaranty agreement, there are several ways in which notices will be considered delivered to you. Notices delivered by hand are deemed delivered at the time of the hand delivery. For electronic transmissions, delivery is considered to have occurred one business day after electronic confirmation of the transmission. If using express mail or another reputable overnight courier, notice is deemed delivered one business day after delivery.

For notices sent via the United States Mail, using registered or certified mail with a return receipt requested and postage prepaid, delivery is considered to have occurred three business days after placement in the mail. This applies as long as the notice is addressed to the address identified on the signature line of the Guaranty.

It's important to note that you can change your address for receiving notices, but you must provide written notice of the change to Boulder Designs. This ensures that all future notices are sent to the correct address. This multi-faceted approach to notice delivery ensures that both Boulder Designs and the guarantor have clear guidelines for how official communication will be handled and considered received.
