- d. if requested by you and approved by us, we will provide Additional Training at a location determined by us. You will pay the travel, room, board, and the then-current Additional Training Fee for such services (Franchise Agreement, Section 5.3);

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bor Restoration's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, additional training is available under specific circumstances. Bor Restoration will provide additional training if requested by the franchisee and approved by them. However, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with this additional training, including travel, room, board, and the then-current Additional Training Fee.
Furthermore, if a franchisee wishes to send more than two people to the initial training, they will be required to pay the then-current Additional Training Fee for each additional trainee, along with covering their travel, room, and board expenses. This applies beyond the initial training provided to the Principal Operator and Designated Manager.
Bor Restoration also has the option to charge an Additional Training Fee if a franchisee requests additional, extraordinary, or refresher courses or if Bor Restoration requires the franchisee to take such training. In these instances, the franchisee is also responsible for covering their own travel, lodging, and food expenses. This policy ensures that franchisees have access to further training resources while also bearing the financial responsibility for these additional services.
