Bor_Restoration Franchise · 2024 FDDAnswer from 2024 FDD Document
Your employees are not our employees, and you are solely responsible for hiring, training, and managing them from day to day. Though we train your "Principal Operator" and "Designated Manager" (see Training in this Item 11), we offer no other guidance to your employees.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bor Restoration's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee is solely responsible for all aspects of their employees. Specifically, the franchisee is in charge of hiring, training, and managing employees on a day-to-day basis. Bor Restoration only provides training to the franchisee's "Principal Operator" and "Designated Manager".
This means that while Bor Restoration offers initial and ongoing training programs for key personnel, the responsibility of building and maintaining a competent workforce falls squarely on the franchisee. Franchisees must develop their own strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and supervising employees to ensure quality service delivery.
This arrangement is typical in many franchise systems, where the franchisor provides the brand, system, and training, but the franchisee manages the local operation and its staff. Prospective Bor Restoration franchisees should consider the time and resources required to effectively manage employees when evaluating this franchise opportunity.
