Bor Restoration may also collect a percentage of gross sales or a fixed dollar figure for national advertising (National Branding Fee) in the future. These fees will be deposited into a National Branding Account, which Bor Restoration will administer at its sole discretion. The funds may be used for advertising intended to benefit some or all franchisees in any local, regional, or national medium.

Franchisees are also required to spend the greater of $1,500 or 5% of Gross Sales each month on local advertising within their exclusive territory. Bor Restoration may increase this amount to no more than 6% or $2,000 after giving 60 days' written notice. As part of local advertising, franchisees may be required to purchase internet advertising from search engines like Google, Bing, or Yahoo. Franchisees must also use Constant Contact's services to deliver newsletters and emails to clients and prospects, with the content being subject to Bor Restoration's approval.
