Our principal business address is 8200 Southpark Circle, Suite 300, Littleton, CO 80120, 720-204-2095. We have been franchising since January of 2018. We do not operate a business of the type being offered here. We do not offer franchises in this line of business and do not have another line of business.
We have no parent or predecessor.
Our Affiliate is BOR IP, LLC (BOR IP Affiliate), a Colorado limited liability company that was formed on September 19, 2021. Its address is the same as ours. It recently applied to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for the word mark "Best Option Restoration." (Item 13). It has agreed to license the same to us so we may sublicense it to you. BOR IP has never offered franchises in this or any other line of business.
