What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bor Restoration's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, there is currently no National Branding Fee. However, Bor Restoration retains the right to implement this fee in the future.
If implemented, the National Branding Fee would be used to fund national branding events and social media advertising materials. Bor Restoration may collect a percentage of the franchisee's Gross Sales or a fixed dollar figure for this fee.
Bor Restoration must provide franchisees with no less than 60 days' prior written notice before implementing the National Branding Fee or changing the fee once it is implemented. The fee would be payable to Bor Restoration along with the Royalty payments.
Additionally, if a Regional Advertising Program is established, franchisees may be required to contribute a specified part of their Local Advertising Fee and National Branding Fee to a Regional Advertising Cooperative.
