"BOR Software Suite" means our proprietary suite of software preinstalled on the Tablet and containing estimating software and client relationship management (CRM) software.
"BOR Software Suite Initial License Fee" means the then-current initial fee you will pay us to activate the BOR Software Suite.

What This Means (2024 FDD)
According to Bor Restoration's 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document, the 'BOR Software Suite' is the company's proprietary software that comes preinstalled on a Tablet. This suite includes estimating software and client relationship management (CRM) software.
Bor Restoration franchisees are required to use the Tablet provided by the company and cannot substitute it with their own computer hardware or tablets. Franchisees must also activate and maintain licenses for Microsoft 365 and Constant Contact. The company may require franchisees to update the Tablet no more often than once every three years and reserves the right to change the make and model of the Tablet at any time, although franchisees will not be required to conform to this change more than once every three years.
Bor Restoration also has independent access to the franchisee's databases. The company may, in the future, require franchisees to use other proprietary software, web-based programs, or new or additional software modules that will be integrated into the BOS Software Suite, for which the franchisee will pay the then-current fees, costs, and licenses associated with each.
