What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to participate in Bonchon's gift card program, which is managed by Bonchon Gift Cards LLC. Franchisees must purchase gift cards from Paytronix, Bonchon's designated gift card service provider. Bonchon covers the monthly gift card service fee for all franchisees, but franchisees must reimburse Bonchon $45 each month to cover their pro rata share of this fee.
To facilitate the gift card services, Paytronix requires franchisees to complete their standard ACH form. This form authorizes Paytronix to debit the franchisee's bank account for any fees associated with the gift card program.
The ACH form is included as Exhibit K to the Disclosure Document, allowing prospective franchisees to review it as part of their due diligence. Franchisees are also required to use Bonchon's designated supplier for all gift card supplies.
