Bonchon LLC is a New York limited liability company organized in June, 2011. The principal business address of Bonchon LLC is 15660 North Dallas Parkway, Suite 1150, Dallas, TX 75248. Bonchon LLC has not conducted business in this or any other line of business (other than distribution and supply agreements for the Bonchon System, as noted above) nor has it offered franchises for this or any other type of business.
