- [3] If we or our affiliates develop new, modified, or additional digital or other technological
applications for use by the franchised Business, such as (but not limited to) a new online ordering app, or if we or our affiliates provide upgraded or new software or hardware for use by the franchised Business, we reserve the right to require you to utilize such technology and to charge you a fee in connection with same. The Technology Fee will either be an absolute dollar amount/cent amount per customer transaction or a percentage of your Gross Revenues, but in no event will be greater than one percent (1.0%) of Gross Revenues of the previous month.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bonchon, or its affiliates, may develop new, modified, or additional digital or other technological applications for use by the franchised business. These applications could include a new online ordering app, upgraded or new software, or hardware. Bonchon reserves the right to require franchisees to utilize this technology and to charge a Technology Fee in connection with it.
The Technology Fee will either be an absolute dollar amount/cent amount per customer transaction or a percentage of the Gross Revenues.
However, the Technology Fee that Bonchon charges will not be greater than one percent (1.0%) of the Gross Revenues of the previous month.
