What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Windstream Service Agreement's initial term is determined by what is specified in the Service Agreement itself. The agreement becomes effective on the date listed on the Service Agreement, referred to as the "Effective Date," and continues for the duration specified in the Service Agreement, starting from the date the services are installed, known as the "Term."

Upon completion of the initial term, the Windstream Service Agreement will automatically renew for successive one-month periods, each referred to as a "Renewal Term." Bonchon also reserves the right to adjust the rates to their current rates at the time of renewal. If the agreement is a renewal, the updated rates may take one to two billing cycles to become effective.

This means that as a Bonchon franchisee, the length of your initial Windstream service agreement is not fixed but is determined by the specific terms you agree to in your individual service agreement. It is important to carefully review the service agreement to understand the length of the initial term and the conditions for renewal, including potential rate increases.
