From when is the Bonchon License Agreement effective?

This License Agreement is effective from the date of execution by Licensor and will remain in full force so long as Licensee remains a Franchisee in good standing under to the Franchise Agreement. The Franchise Agreement is incorporated in this Agreement as though set forth in full.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the License Agreement becomes effective on the date it is executed by the Licensor. The agreement remains in full force as long as the Licensee remains a franchisee in good standing under the Franchise Agreement. The Franchise Agreement is incorporated into the License Agreement as if it were fully detailed within the License Agreement itself.
This means that a Bonchon franchisee's rights and obligations under the License Agreement are directly tied to their status as a franchisee. If the franchisee is no longer in good standing, the License Agreement can be terminated. The License Agreement is dependent on the Franchise Agreement.
Prospective Bonchon franchisees should understand that maintaining compliance with the Franchise Agreement is crucial for the License Agreement to remain in effect.
