What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for the first five businesses in the Development Schedule is $35,000 per location. This fee is paid as a lump sum when signing the Franchise Agreement with Bonchon.

Bonchon offers a reduced initial franchise fee of $20,000 for franchisees who enter into an Area Development Agreement for three or more restaurants on or before December 31, 2025, and open the restaurants by the scheduled opening date in the agreement. This incentive can significantly lower the initial investment for multi-unit developers.

Additionally, Bonchon provides a $10,000 discount on the initial franchise fee for the first Bonchon business developed by franchisees who qualify for the United States Military Veteran Program. This discount can help veterans reduce their initial costs when starting their first Bonchon franchise.
