What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to purchase an LED television screen for their restaurant. Specifically, before opening their Bonchon restaurant, franchisees must procure and install various technology items, including one LED television screen to be mounted on the wall.
This requirement ensures that all Bonchon restaurants maintain a consistent brand image and customer experience. By mandating the use of an LED television screen, Bonchon aims to create a specific ambiance or display content that aligns with the brand's standards.
For a prospective franchisee, this means factoring the cost of the LED television screen into their initial investment. It also implies adherence to Bonchon's specifications regarding the type, size, and mounting location of the screen. Failure to comply with this requirement could be a breach of the franchise agreement.
