What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee's Paytronix account operates in Canadian dollars (CAD), they must complete the 'Franchisee Service Agreement and ACH Form - CAD Account'. This form is used to update the bank account for money movement and monthly billing fees.
To update the account linked to the online ordering store, the franchisee needs to log into their online ordering storefront and navigate to Settings, then to the Third-Party Delivery settings page, and scroll down to update the bank account section.
Paytronix Systems, Inc. is authorized to use Automated Clearing House (ACH) debits to collect payments for gift card activity and fees, and ACH credits to pay franchisees for gift card activity and fees. Service to associated locations may be suspended if Paytronix cannot process debits and credits via ACH to the provided account until new account information is received.
