Franchisees can refer to this exhibit for details on how the advertising cooperative is intended to function. Additionally, Section 11.02 of Exhibit G contains information on the Regional Advertising Cooperative, and financial statements generated as part of the cooperative's books will be available for review by franchisee members. The Regional Advertising Cooperative will also provide financial information about its operations upon request of the Board of the Cooperative, who will then present the report to the members at a meeting.
