What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the operating systems, procedures, policies, methods, standards, specifications, and requirements for operating your franchised Bonchon Business are detailed in the Manuals. The Bonchon FDD does not specifically state that the operating manual contains information on recruiting team members.
However, the manual will address the policies, methods, standards, specifications, and requirements for operating your franchised Bonchon business. The Bonchon manuals may take on various forms, including loose-leaf or bound volumes, bulletins, notices, videos, CD-ROMs, other electronic media, online postings, e-mail, electronic communications, facsimiles, or any other medium capable of conveying the content.
Since the FDD does not explicitly confirm whether the Bonchon operating manual includes details on recruiting, it would be prudent for a prospective franchisee to directly ask Bonchon about the specific contents of the operating manual related to team member recruitment during their due diligence process. This will help ensure they have a clear understanding of the resources and guidance Bonchon provides for staffing their franchise.
