You undertake to own and operate the Bonchon Businesses listed in Section 6.01 of this Agreement within the Development Territory set forth by map or written description in Exhibit A of this Agreement. If we use both a written description and a map to define your Development Territory, you acknowledge and expressly agree that should there be a conflict between the written description and the map, the written description will control.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the definition of the Development Territory for an Area Development Agreement can be found in Exhibit A of the agreement. Section 3.01 further clarifies that the Development Territory will be set forth either by a map or a written description. In case of a conflict between the map and the written description, the written description will take precedence.
