What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Exhibit B to the Bonchon Franchise Agreement lists the Proprietary Marks. Additionally, Bonchon may license further Proprietary Marks, which will be added to Exhibit B.
Bonchon's rights to the Proprietary Marks extend to all combinations and displays of the words and/or design elements, including translations in any language. These rights include common law rights vested in Bonchon through use by Bonchon, its affiliates, and other authorized parties.
The franchisee's license to use the Proprietary Marks applies only to those shown on Exhibit B, unless Bonchon designates them as withdrawn, along with any marks later designated in writing. The franchisee's use of the Proprietary Marks must comply with Bonchon's directions, limitations, specifications, and authorized prescribed uses. The franchisee cannot claim any ownership, goodwill, reputation, or equitable rights in Bonchon's Proprietary Marks.
