What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the furniture and fixtures purchased for a Dine-In Restaurant should accommodate a maximum of 75 customers. This includes tables, chairs, and décor items.
The FDD specifies that the cost range for furniture and fixtures covers the purchase of these items, which must be acquired from a third-party supplier designated by Bonchon. This requirement ensures consistency in the restaurant's appearance and customer experience.
For prospective franchisees, this means budgeting and planning for a seating capacity of up to 75 customers when selecting furniture and fixtures. It's important to note that the seating capacity impacts the overall restaurant layout and operational needs, including staffing and inventory. Franchisees should consult with Bonchon and the designated supplier to ensure the furniture and fixtures meet the brand's standards and accommodate the anticipated customer volume.
