The property and affairs of the Corporation shall be managed by the Board of Directors subject, however, to the understanding that all major issues, questions and policy determinations shall, if feasible or appropriate, first be submitted to and voted upon by members at any quarterly, annual, or special meeting.

In addition, we may from time to time conduct an annual conference, convention or training session. We will determine the duration, curriculum and location of these. You (if the franchisee is an individual) and/or your Operating Principal must attend each annual conference, convention or training session.
