The approving board, authorized officer, parent or legal guardian is responsible to Stripe and is legally bound to this Agreement as if it had agreed to this Agreement itself. You must not use the Services if you are under 13 years of age.

2. Services and Support.

2.1 Services.

Stripe (and its Affiliates, as applicable) will make available to you the Services, including those described in the applicable Services Terms, and, if applicable, give you access to a Stripe Dashboard.

2.2 Services Terms; Order of Precedence.

The Services Terms contain specific terms governing the parties' rights and obligations related to the Services described in those Services Terms. If there are no Services Terms for a particular Stripe service, then only these General Terms govern. By accessing or using a Service, you agree to comply with the applicable Services Terms. If any term in these General Terms conflicts with a term in any Services Terms or set of terms incorporated by reference into this Agreement, then unless terms of lower precedence expressly state to the contrary, the order of precedence is: (a) the Services Terms; (b) these General Terms; and (c) all terms incorporated by reference into this Agreement. Your access to or use of the Services may also be subject to additional terms to which you agree through the Stripe Dashboard.

According to Bonchon's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, when accessing or using Stripe services, Bonchon agrees to comply with the applicable Services Terms. These Services Terms outline the specific rights and obligations of both parties related to the services provided. If there are no specific Services Terms for a particular Stripe service, the General Terms will govern the agreement.

Stripe retains the right to modify its Services and Stripe Technology at any time, including adding or removing functionalities or imposing conditions on the use of the Services. Stripe is obligated to notify Bonchon of any significant adverse changes, deprecations, or removal of functionalities from the Services or Stripe Technology that Bonchon is actively using. While Stripe is not obligated to provide updates, if an update is made available, Bonchon must install it fully by the date specified in Stripe's notice, or within 30 days if no specific date is provided.

Stripe is also permitted to subcontract its obligations under the agreement to third parties. Bonchon is restricted to using the Services solely for business purposes and must not allow any third party to misuse the services. This agreement becomes effective on the date Bonchon first accesses or uses the Services and remains in effect until either party terminates it. Any disputes between Bonchon and Stripe are subject to a class action waiver and must be resolved through individual binding arbitration.
