Under a Bojangles' development agreement, can I participate in other incentive programs offered by Bojangles?

According to the 2025 Bojangles FDD, if you enter into a development agreement with Bojangles, you generally cannot participate in other incentive programs offered by Bojangles or receive other monetary concessions from them or their affiliates. This condition applies whether you are considering the Equipment Reimbursement Incentive Program or the Development Incentive Program for Minorities, Women, and Veterans.

Specifically, to be eligible for the Equipment Reimbursement Incentive Program, the FDD stipulates that you "may not participate in any other incentive programs under any other development agreements" with Bojangles or its affiliates. Similarly, for the Development Incentive Program for Minorities, Women, and Veterans, the FDD states, "You may not be participating in any other incentive programs that we offer as part of the same development agreement."

This restriction means that franchisees need to carefully evaluate which incentive program best suits their needs, as they cannot combine benefits from multiple programs under the same development agreement.
