Under what conditions will Bojangles pay a franchisee referral fee?

According to Bojangles's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, an existing franchisee can receive a referral fee under specific conditions. If a Bojangles franchisee meets the eligibility requirements and refers a new prospective franchisee to Bojangles, and that new franchisee signs either an Individual Franchise Agreement or a Development Agreement by December 31, 2025, agreeing to develop, open, and operate at least one Bojangles restaurant, the referring franchisee becomes eligible for a referral fee.

The referral fee is $10,000. Bojangles will pay this fee within 30 days after the new franchisee opens their first Bojangles restaurant.
