- You must sign a new development agreement no later than December 31, 2025 to develop and operate at least three new Bojangles restaurants.
- You may not be participating in any other incentive programs under any other development agreements with us or our affiliates nor receive any other monetary concessions from us or our affiliates.
- If you sign multiple new development agreements with us simultaneously or in the same year, the Program will only apply to your development agreement that has the most store commitments listed therein.
- You and your affiliates must be in full compliance with any agreements you have entered into with us and/or our affiliates.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bojangles's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a developer is eligible for the Equipment Reimbursement Incentive Program if they meet specific conditions. To be eligible, the developer must sign a new development agreement no later than December 31, 2025, committing to develop and operate at least three new Bojangles restaurants.
The franchisee cannot participate in any other incentive programs under other development agreements with Bojangles or its affiliates, nor can they receive any other monetary concessions from Bojangles or its affiliates. If the franchisee signs multiple new development agreements with Bojangles simultaneously or in the same year, the Program will only apply to the development agreement with the most store commitments.
Furthermore, the franchisee and its affiliates must be in full compliance with all agreements they have entered into with Bojangles and/or its affiliates. These conditions ensure that the incentive program is targeted towards new development and that franchisees are fully committed to their agreements with Bojangles.
