The initial training program for managers is approximately four to eight weeks in duration consisting of classroom instruction and on-the-job training and is conducted approximately ten times per year. We bear the cost of maintaining Bo-U, including the overhead costs of training, training tools and staff salaries.
Training should be scheduled so that your trainees graduate from the initial training program approximately three weeks before the Restaurant opens. Each trainee must complete the training program to our satisfaction in order to be certified as a Bojangles Restaurant manager.
