We currently provide training in our company-operated Restaurants and our training center ("Bojangles University" or "Bo-U") located at 9432 Southern Pine Boulevard in Charlotte, North Carolina. The training location will be set at our discretion. The initial training program for your Managing Owner and Designated Operator shall be, at our discretion, no less than 13 weeks for a highly experienced individual in the quick service restaurant industry and up to 26 weeks. The initial training program for your Managing Owner may also be reduced to two weeks, at our discretion, if your Designated Operator is a highly experienced individual in the quick service restaurant industry and completes our required training for Designated Operator. Your Managing Owner may also serve as your Designated Operator. The initial training program for managers is approximately four to eight weeks in duration consisting of classroom instruction and on-the-job training and is conducted approximately ten times per year. We bear the cost of maintaining Bo-U, including the overhead costs of training, training tools and staff salaries.
