What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bojangles' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bojangles can provide franchisees with either a printed copy of the Manual or electronic access to it. Specifically, Bojangles will loan the franchisee one printed copy of the Manual or provide electronic access to it. In case of any discrepancies, the master copy of the Manual maintained by Bojangles at its home office will be the controlling version. This underscores the importance of franchisees staying updated with the electronic portal and any written communications from Bojangles to ensure compliance with the most current operational standards.
