What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bojangles's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Bojangles will provide the franchisee with either one printed copy of the Manual on loan or electronic access to the Manual. The Manual contains critical information for operating the franchise.

The Manual includes manuals, memoranda, procedures, policies, and other communications created by Bojangles. These materials may be posted on the Bojangles electronic portal or communicated in writing via email or hard copy, regardless of whether they are explicitly labeled as "Manual." Franchisees are responsible for continuously reviewing changes posted on the electronic portal to stay current with the Manual.

The franchisee must treat the Manual as confidential and cannot copy, duplicate, or share it with unauthorized individuals. The Manual remains the sole property of Bojangles, and Bojangles may revise its contents, with which the franchisee must comply. In case of any dispute regarding the Manual's contents, the master copy maintained by Bojangles's home office will be controlling.
