  • E. Franchisor shall provide to Franchisee, on loan, either one printed copy of the Manual as more fully described in Paragraph VIII. hereof ("Manual"), or provide Franchisee with electronic access to the Manual.
  • B. Franchisor shall advise and consult with Franchisee in connection with the operation of the Restaurant and new developments, techniques and improvements in areas of restaurant management, food preparation, sales promotion and service. Franchisor may provide the foregoing assistance by sending its employees or representatives to the Restaurant, by providing publications, other written materials, electronic learning content, videos or by conducting meetings or seminars. Some or all of these publications or programs may be provided by electronic access by Franchisor and not by printed or physical documents.
  • A. In order to protect the reputation and goodwill of Franchisor and to maintain high standards of operation under Franchisor's Proprietary Marks, Franchisee shall conduct its business in accordance with the Manual, one copy of which Franchisee acknowledges having received by electronic access or written copy on loan from Franchisor for the term of this Agreement. The Manual shall include manuals, memoranda, procedures, policies and other communications created by Franchisor that are posted on the Bojangles electronic portal or otherwise communicated to Franchisee in writing by email or hardcopy, whether or not noted as "Manual". If a posting is made to the Bojangles electronic portal, Franchisee shall be deemed to have notice of any changes or supplements to the Manual.
  • E. Franchisee and its shareholders and members shall continuously review changes to the Manual as posted in the Bojangles electronic portal, and to otherwise keep current with the Manual. In the event of any dispute as to the contents of the Manual, the terms of the master copy of the Manual maintained by Franchisor at Franchisor's home office shall be controlling.

According to Bojangles' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees can receive the Manual either in printed form or through electronic access. Specifically, Bojangles will loan the franchisee one printed copy of the Manual or provide electronic access to it.

Bojangles may also provide assistance and consultation through publications, written materials, electronic learning content, and videos, some or all of which may be provided electronically rather than as printed documents. Franchisees are required to conduct business according to the Manual to maintain operational standards.

The Manual includes manuals, memoranda, procedures, policies, and other communications posted on the Bojangles electronic portal or communicated in writing via email or hard copy. Franchisees must continuously review changes to the Manual as posted on the electronic portal to stay current. In case of disputes, the master copy of the Manual maintained by Bojangles' home office will be controlling.
