What is the maximum amount Bojangles will reimburse for equipment costs related to the development of each new Qualifying Restaurant?

According to Bojangles's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, under the Equipment Reimbursement Incentive Program, Bojangles will reimburse a franchisee for up to $300,000 of equipment costs related to the development of each new Qualifying Restaurant. This reimbursement is subject to specific conditions.

To qualify for the reimbursement, the franchisee must sign a new development agreement by December 31, 2025, to develop and operate at least three new Bojangles restaurants. The franchisee cannot participate in other incentive programs or receive other monetary concessions from Bojangles or its affiliates. If multiple development agreements are signed, the program applies only to the agreement with the most store commitments. The franchisee and its affiliates must be in full compliance with all agreements with Bojangles.

The reimbursement will be made within 30 days after the Qualifying Restaurant opens and Bojangles receives satisfactory invoices confirming the equipment costs. A Qualifying Restaurant must be opened in the assigned area within four or five years of the development agreement's effective date, depending on whether the agreement is for three/four or five or more new restaurants, respectively. The restaurant site must be approved by Bojangles, comply with the development schedule deadlines, and have a fully executed Franchise Agreement.
