- You must sign a new development agreement no later than December 31, 2025 to develop and operate at least three new Bojangles restaurants.
- You may not be participating in any other incentive programs under any other development agreements with us or our affiliates nor receive any other monetary concessions from us or our affiliates.
- If you sign multiple new development agreements with us simultaneously or in the same year, the Program will only apply to your development agreement that has the most store commitments listed therein.
- You and your affiliates must be in full compliance with any agreements you have entered into with us and/or our affiliates.
- We or one of our affiliates, as directed by us, will reimburse you for up to $300,000 of your equipment costs relating to the development of each new Qualifying Restaurant within 30 days after (i) the opening of the Qualifying Restaurant; and (ii) our receipt of supporting invoice(s) from you, satisfactory to us, confirming the total equipment cost you paid for the equipment required to be installed

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bojangles's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Equipment Reimbursement Incentive Program offers a reimbursement of up to $300,000 for equipment costs related to each new Qualifying Restaurant. This reimbursement is contingent upon several factors.
The franchisee will receive the reimbursement within 30 days after the restaurant opens and Bojangles receives satisfactory invoices confirming the total equipment cost. To qualify for this reimbursement, the restaurant must meet specific criteria, including being opened within a designated timeframe (four years for development agreements of three or four restaurants, or five years for agreements of five or more restaurants) in the assigned area, located on an approved site, compliant with the development schedule, and subject to a fully executed Franchise Agreement.
This incentive is available under the condition that the new development agreement is signed no later than December 31, 2025, and the franchisee is not participating in any other incentive programs or receiving other monetary concessions from Bojangles.
