Where is the Managing Owner as of the Effective Date identified in the Bojangles franchise agreement?

According to Bojangles's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Managing Owner as of the Effective Date is identified on Exhibit A of the franchise agreement. The Managing Owner is the person with whom Bojangles will communicate and has the authority to bind the franchisee with respect to all financial, operational, and legal matters related to the franchised business.

Exhibit A also contains other franchise information, such as the franchisee's name, the franchise renewal fee, and the approved location for the restaurant. If applicable, Exhibit A will also note if the restaurant is geographically remote from other Bojangles restaurants as of the effective date and that the franchisee agrees to pay applicable incremental supplier and/or distribution costs.

Prospective franchisees should carefully review Exhibit A to confirm the accuracy of all information and understand their obligations as a Bojangles franchisee. They should also be aware that if the Managing Owner is unable or elects not to continue in their role, a replacement must be designated and approved by Bojangles.
