What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Bojangles's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit monthly payments, along with any necessary reports or statements, to Bojangles by the 15th day of each month. These payments are based on the Gross Sales made during the preceding month.

This means that a Bojangles franchisee must compile and submit all required financial data and payments within 15 days after the close of each month. Failing to meet this deadline results in overdue payments, which incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, compounded monthly, or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

Bojangles also retains the right to directly draft all payments from the franchisee's account. This ensures timely payments and reduces the administrative burden on both the franchisee and franchisor. Franchisees should maintain accurate records of their Gross Sales and ensure timely submission of all required reports and payments to avoid penalties and maintain good standing with Bojangles.
