What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Bojangles' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the audited consolidated financial statements of Walker Parent, Inc. and its subsidiaries are included as of December 29, 2024, and December 31, 2023. These financial statements also cover the years ended December 29, 2024, December 31, 2023, and December 25, 2022.
These financial statements offer insight into the financial health and performance of Bojangles' parent company, Walker Parent, Inc., which can be valuable for prospective franchisees. While Walker Parent is not a party to the franchise agreement, understanding its financial standing can provide reassurance about the overall stability of the Bojangles system.
It is important to note that these financials are included for disclosure purposes only. The FDD explicitly states that neither Walker Parent nor BRI (another subsidiary) is a party to any Franchise Agreement or Development Agreement with franchisees, nor do they guarantee any obligations of Bojangles under these agreements. Therefore, franchisees should primarily focus on the financial statements of Bojangles itself when assessing the financial viability of the franchise opportunity.
