What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Body Brain Center's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Body Brain Center has the right to modify its Intellectual Property at any time, including changes to Marks, Systems, Copyrights, or Know-how. The franchisee must comply with any instructions from Body Brain Center regarding these changes within 30 days at their own cost. The FDD does not explicitly state that Body Brain Center is released from claims arising from these changes.

This means that Body Brain Center can alter its branding, operational methods, copyrighted materials, and proprietary information as it sees fit. The franchisee bears the financial responsibility for implementing these changes within the specified timeframe.

While the FDD grants Body Brain Center broad rights to modify its Intellectual Property, it does not include a clause where the franchisee waives all claims related to these changes. A prospective franchisee should seek clarification from Body Brain Center regarding liability and potential claims arising from such modifications.
