In February 2008, we began offering Body & Brain Center franchises, which are offered under this Disclosure Document.
We began offering Body & Brain home-based franchises in February 2015. The Body & Brain home-based franchise is offered under a separate Disclosure Document. Body & Brain home-based franchisees do not operate from a dedicated retail location. Instead, they operate from a home-based office and focus on offering the physical aspects of Body & Brain holistic products and services at their clients' homes and business locations or utilize temporary space to offer classes. Home-based franchisees offer the same goods and services as Body & Brain Centers except Body & Brain home-based franchisees cannot offer special trainings that can be offered by Body & Brain Centers. As of the date of this Disclosure Document, we have sold a total of 26 Body & Brain home-based franchises.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Body Brain Center Franchise Disclosure Document, the Body & Brain home-based franchise is offered under a separate disclosure document. This means that prospective franchisees interested in the home-based model will receive a different FDD than those interested in the standard Body & Brain Center franchise. As of the date of the 2025 Disclosure Document, Body & Brain Center has sold 26 home-based franchises.
Body Brain Center indicates that the home-based franchise is operated from a home office, with services provided at clients' homes, businesses, or temporary spaces. The services offered by home-based franchisees are similar to those of standard Body & Brain Centers, with the exception that home-based franchisees cannot offer special trainings.
Body Brain Center is transitioning away from the home-based franchise model, as they believe the standard Body & Brain Center franchise is more beneficial for franchisees. While new franchises are only available as Body & Brain Centers, the home-based model will continue to be available in states with existing home-based franchisees or prospective franchisees who wish to sign an agreement for, operate, renew, or transfer a Body & Brain home-based franchise. Existing Body & Brain home-based franchisees have the option to convert to a Body & Brain Center franchise by meeting specific requirements and paying a conversion fee.
