What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Body & Brain Center FDD, a franchisee is generally restricted from selling to individuals who are already members of or have customer agreements with another Body & Brain Center franchise or a company-owned Body & Brain business.

However, this restriction is not absolute. A Body & Brain Center franchisee can sell to a member of another Body & Brain Center if they obtain the consent of the owner(s) of the Body & Brain business where the person is already a member or customer. This consent requirement ensures that existing customer relationships are respected within the Body & Brain franchise system.

This policy aims to prevent franchisees from poaching customers from each other and to maintain a collaborative environment within the Body & Brain franchise network. It is a fairly standard practice in franchising to protect individual franchisee territories and customer bases.
